Settings

This module offers admin users a comprehensive view, providing full access to set up customer business and process-level personalization. Admin users can select various views and modify data fields containing essential business information. Key features include:

  • Field Renaming: Allows companies to rename existing fields, enabling them to repurpose fields or amend field names to enhance user comprehension.
  • Field Creation: Admin users can create new fields if necessary, either due to a lack of existing fields or to accommodate additional data required for business-level transactions.
  • Value Selection: Users can select which values (numerical and word-based) are displayed as choices in dropdown lists for selected fields, ensuring flexibility and customization.
  • Email Rule Establishment: Admins can establish business emailing rules for instant, daily, or bi-weekly setups, as well as configure other email preferences to optimize communication efficiency.
  • Supporting Functionalities: The module supports various functionalities, including activating/inactivating fields, changing the sequence of displayed fields, and adding fields in list views, providing users with flexibility and control over data presentation.

Resources

The Resources module view empowers admin users with the capability to conveniently configure both organizational and user-level information. Designed for ease of use, it facilitates straightforward field adjustments through configuration options. Key features include:

  • Enabling/Disabling Users: Admin users can enable or disable existing users and manage their roles and responsibilities within the organization.
  • Configuring Business-Level Information: Users can configure business-level information such as addresses and logo selection to ensure accurate representation.
  • Uploading/Editing Business-Level Details: The module allows for the seamless uploading and editing of business-level details such as divisions, products, and services, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date data management.

Requests

This module view offers users the capability to locate any requests sent by other users. These requests can be related to processes or serve as alerts by other users to action specific data. The key features of this view include:

  • Related Items: This section displays highlights and hyperlinks to all active items, encompassing requests, reminders, orders, proposals, inquiries, etc.
  • Story View: Users can seamlessly navigate through hyperlinks to view other relevant data that users have commented on or added internal notes to.
  • Reminder Creation and Note Addition: Users can create reminders or add additional notes to the story as needed.

Operations

Multi view that provides access to Orders, projects, and any other data once the Opportunity and proposal enters the execution stage of the order.

Proposals

This module provides access to view proposals, which can either be generated from this module or have progressed from the inquiry stage and require additional data entry. As a modular view, it offers several features, including:

  • KPI Stats: A personalized view based on generated proposals. The data is dynamic and updates with each new proposal generated.
  • Related Items Section: Displays highlights and hyperlinks to all active items, such as requests, reminders, orders, proposals, and inquiries.
  • Story View: Users can navigate through hyperlinks to access relevant data, including comments and internal notes.
  • Actions View: Allows users to log POs, create/add to story entries, and raise requests against the proposal.
  • Proposal Editing: Users can edit existing proposals and access the configuration view to modify page setups or view setups with field descriptions.

Enquiries

The Enquiries Module view is designed for handling various types of inquiries, whether technical, warranty-related, opportunities, or any other inquiries that businesses need to log. Similar to the Proposals module, users can create an enquiry using the Add button or directly from the Customer Module view. Some of the other features available on this view include:

  • KPI Stats: A personalized view based on generated enquiries. The data is dynamic and updates with each new enquiry generated.
  • Related Items: Displays highlights and hyperlinks to all active items, including requests, reminders, orders, proposals, and other enquiries.
  • Story View: Users can navigate through hyperlinks to access relevant data, including comments and internal notes.
  • Actions View: Enables users to take ownership of enquiries, create/add to story entries, raise requests against the enquiry, and create various reminders.
  • Enquiry Editing: Users can edit existing enquiries and access the configuration view to modify page setups or view setups with descriptions of the fields.

Customers

Within this module, users can effectively manage their relationships with customers. It offers multiple features that not only facilitate the maintenance of customer-relevant information but also enable the utilization of existing data to log new information and take necessary actions. The highlights of this module include:

  • Meetings: Users can access overall meetings for multiple customers or delve into individual customer profiles to view upcoming meetings and create new ones seamlessly. Most pre-selected choices are enabled for user convenience.
  • KPI Stats: A module view providing personalized customer-related order statistics. The data is dynamic and updates based on any newly added entries.
  • Related Items: Displays highlights and hyperlinks to all active items, including requests, reminders, orders, proposals, enquiries, etc.
  • Story View: Users can navigate through hyperlinks to access relevant data, including comments and internal notes, specifically for selected customers.
  • Actions View: Allows users to log enquiries, request proposals, create/add to story entries, raise requests against customers, and set various reminders.
  • Contacts: Each customer has a dedicated view where users can create/edit contact details and associated locations. Contacts can also be created during the proposal and enquiry stages and will be reflected in this module view.
  • Customer Information: Users can create/update/view all relevant information pertaining to specified customers.
  • Customer Contracts: This view facilitates contract management, allowing users to generate new contracts, maintain them, and add item-level information if required.

Trackers

This module operates based on the business rules governing active enquiries and proposals. It offers a higher-level overview of details suitable for management or team meeting purposes. Key features relevant to this view include:

  • Details: This view becomes visible once the user selects a specified Enquiry or proposal, providing a non-editable summary of the selected item.
  • Related Items: Displays highlights and hyperlinks to all active items, including requests, reminders, orders, proposals, enquiries, etc.
  • Actions View: Allows users to log enquiries, request proposals, create/add to story entries, raise requests against the customer, and set various reminders.
  • Story View: Permits users to navigate through hyperlinks to access other relevant data, including comments and internal notes, specifically for selected customers.

Overview

The Overview serves as the landing page view once a user logs in. Its primary focus is on displaying all the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set up by the company across various views. Users have the flexibility to select which KPIs are displayed on the front page. These KPIs are interactive, allowing users to select timelines and view the corresponding values of the selected items.

Reminders

The Reminders module view enables users to access all reminders assigned to them, as well as those shared by other team members. It provides users with the capability to manipulate the data within this view. Key features include:

  • Edit Mode: Users can select a specific reminder and edit it as needed. Additionally, the module provides information on the origin of the reminder. If the reminder was not created on the reminder page, users can select the hyperlink to navigate to the origin dataset.
